SHIPPING

We ship to most overseas locations.
All orders are shipped by mail using ground service within North America and airmail small package rates worldwide. Shipping and handling charges (S&H) are detailed separately from unit costs and added at the point of checkout.
If you require a faster service such as Fedex or UPS, we can provide a shipping price. Please contact us for quotes.

WEIGHT

All products are listed at their individual packaged weight. For multiple purchases contact us for shipping price before ordering, as packaging dimensions and weight will vary. There is no maximum weight limit for goods sent within North America, but the standard postage rate for overseas orders limits the weight that can be sent overseas. You will be advised of the S&H rate when you order.

Once payment has been accepted, your order will be proccessed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 21 working days for dispatching.
No Refunds are given after goods have been shipped: see returns policy.

GOODS THAT WE CANNOT SEND BY POST

Some countries restrict certain ingredients or products to be supplied in their postal system. You will be notified where this is the case.

RETURNS

If you find the items(s) are in any way faulty when you receive them, then return it to us within seven days of receipt and we will give you a prompt refund of the price of the goods. However, we do require that you pay the return postage. We regret that we do not refund the cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with the order. Return in original shipping container. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened.
